We are eager to offer online tracking for your order. We will provide a tracking order number after shipping your order (1-2 business days).
If you’re dissatisfied with a purchase from www.mebioscience.com, you can return the product to us within 14 days of purchase. The merchandise must retain its original packaging unopened and unused to be valid for return. Please include your order information with your return package – can be found on your online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your order.
If your merchandise is defective or damaged during shipment, we sincerely apologize. Please issue a return for the item with the following address. *Any shipping fees and return shipping fees are excluded from the refund and are customer expenses.
